Kristi is President of Versability, a consulting company providing practical solutions that lead to quick wins and sustained success in sales and service organizations. She has spent her career designing, managing, and delivering hundreds of business-to-business and B2C leadership, sales, sales management, professional development, assessment, and service programs and processes. She specializes in improving front-line effectiveness of sales and service organizations through skill-based training and leadership development.

Kristi’s passion is working with organizations looking to impact their bottom line in a changing, often disruptive, customer environment. She helps by understanding the behaviors necessary for success and installing and sustaining those behaviors using a top to bottom change management approach.

An accomplished implementation consultant, master trainer and instructional designer, she translates design into proven implementation through expert facilitation of focus groups, participant training, trainer certifications, and executive alignment sessions.

Her consulting practice spans many industries as well as work with Private Equity firms, with emphasis in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and media. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Medtronic, GE Capital, NBC, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch and Dow Jones.

Kristi has over 30 years of experience in training and development consulting and has played a key role in the product development efforts of several major consulting companies and continues to offer her consulting expertise to corporate clients, private equity, and other consultancies. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Colgate University. Current affiliations include being a Channel Partner for Ken Blanchard & Company, Reseller Partner with Richardson Sales Performance, and a member of the local and national chapters of the Association for Talent Development. She is certified in SLII® and LiFO® and is proficient at Strengths Based Leadership (StrengthsFinder 2.0) assessment.
