Curriculum Design

To be most effective, our programs should be fully integrated into the broader curriculum or learning path for each role or position in our client’s organization.  Versability provides consulting services to help design or modify each learning path so that development is maximized by teaching key job skills in a thoughtful, methodologically sound way. The result often streamlines content and delivery and integrates programs and learning into the organization’s key business initiatives.

Custom Design

A broad range of custom development capabilities, including written materials and playbooks, asynchronous content, micro-learnings, video, virtual, and face-to-face workshop formats, and curriculum design and integration targeted to the needs of each organization.

Past projects have included integrating existing products, tools, language, and systems (e.g., CRM, LMS) into the learning and implementation design. We are fast and focused; no long, drawn-out customization phases. Our materials hit the mark early and require only minor edits after piloting.

CRM Consulting

Versability achieved Salesforce (fka Siebel Business Analyst) Certification in 2002 which forms the foundation for user adoption consulting services delivered today. We approach user adoption from both a “skill” and “will” issue, looking to customize how sales and leadership teams’ access, input, and analyze sales and customer data. The goal is to align effective and efficient CRM use to maximize productivity and drive more effective pipeline management.

Effective Presentation Skills

Presenting is different from facilitating, yet many trainers treat them the same. Our presentation skills process focuses on building the core abilities necessary to present materials to an audience, using each client’s program materials. Participants walk away able to apply the principles to any presentation, yet also are ready to hit the ground running to deliver the presentation used in class.

Train the Trainer: Facilitation Skills

Versability has a best-in-class Train the Trainer and facilitation skills methodology focused on providing high-quality feedback and quickly ramping up the facilitation level of in-house facilitators.  Versability works with top salespeople and training professionals in these highly regarded programs.  Facilitators receive one-on-one coaching, peer feedback, and development plans supported by field coaching.
